2025 Missouri Lawyers’ Assistance Program award nominations now open

Nominations are open until Sept. 19, 2025, for three Missouri Lawyers’ Assistance Program awards. The awards will be presented at the virtual 30th annual MOLAP Conference Oct. 24.

The awards include the:

– James T. Britt Memorial Award, presented to an individual who over the years has advanced the cause of relief and recovery for impaired lawyers or made pioneering contributions to the overall well-being of lawyers in Missouri. 

– Dorothy Kaiser Award, presented in recognition in the field of chemical dependency, recovery, and continuing compassionate care for lawyers or made pioneering contributions to the overall well-being of lawyers in Missouri. 

– Warren Welliver Award, presented to an individual who exemplified compassion and concern for lawyers in Missouri during the past year.
