2025 Spring Committee Meetings include no-cost CLE, business updates

Missouri lawyers looking for continuing legal education credits will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of legal topics at no cost during The Missouri Bar’s Spring Committee Meetings next week.

Between April 28-May 1, nearly 35 committees and divisions will meet virtually to discuss committee business, with the majority also hosting CLE programs. Three committees are hosting CLEs about AI in practice areas, while other committees will offer CLEs regarding:

- cognitive bias,

- aligning lawyer well-being with client satisfaction and firm risk management,

- protecting people with opioid use disorder in Missouri,

- paths to retirement for Missouri lawyers,

- usage of psychological evaluations in custody matters,

- the intersection of animal law and veterans law,

- high-profile defamation cases to watch for in 2025,

- and many more.

Registration is of no cost to Missouri Bar members, and lawyers can attend multiple meetings. Committee membership is encouraged but not required.
