Annual DWI seminar to feature well-known speakers

Mark your calendar because the annual Bernard Edelman DWI Law & Science Seminar is back and features nationally well-known speakers who will teach Missouri lawyers how to even better serve their clients in this area of the law. 

Hosted by MoBarCLE and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the 19th annual seminar will be held virtually July 29-31.  

David Ball is a nationally recognized litigation researcher, strategist, and author who routinely helps lawyers develop trial techniques. Every seminar attendee will receive a free e-book version of his book, “David Ball on Criminal Defense.” 

Larry Pozner is a trial lawyer and author who is considered an expert in cross-examination. He will present “Crossing of Police & Experts in DWI Cases” during the DWI seminar. 

Joseph St. Louis is a national speaker on DWI defense, as well a faculty and governing board member of the National College of DUI Defense. 

Travis Noble is a DWI seminar favorite. Noble is a criminal justice lawyer who concentrates in DWI, as well as federal and state drug charges. He will present a live demonstration on “Voir Dire & Opening in a DWI Case” during the DWI seminar. 

Lastly, Travis Jones is a DWI detention and investigation expert who will present “Expert Perspective: Why You Can’t Trust a Breath Test & What to Do About It.”
