Board of Governors set to meet Friday

The Missouri Bar’s Board of Governors will meet this Friday in Ridgedale. Board members, who are elected by other lawyers from their region, will discuss a variety of matters, including updates from the Strategic Planning Committee and the Finance Committee, as well as appointments and reappointments to various commissions.  

Members will also hear from Eric Jennings, director of the bar’s Government Relations department, who will share a legislative update, along with MCLE Director Shannon Briesacher, who will provide a report on the Client Security Fund Committee.  

In addition to general officer reports, the meeting will also feature a 2022-2023 Vice President candidate forum, with those interested in leading discussing their goals.
