During the meeting, board members will hear updates from the Special Committee on Lawyers of Color and the Client Security Fund Committee, as well as reports from the bar's Government Relations Department and the Young Lawyers' Section Council. A request for an enrollment fee refund will be considered, and the board will take part in a Bar Ambassador Training.

The board will also review the financial status of The Missouri Bar and hear officer reports from President John Grimm; President-Elect Lauren Tucker McCubbin; Vice-President Megan Phillips; Treasurer Betsy AuBuchon; and Executive Director Mischa Buford Epps.

There are several committees that will have upcoming vacancies, which the board will discuss during the meeting.
