Chief Justice Fischer set to deliver 2018 State of the Judiciary

Supreme Court of Missouri Chief Justice Zel M. Fischer will deliver the annual State of the Judiciary address the morning of Jan. 24. The speech will take place during a joint session of the General Assembly in the chamber of the Missouri House of Representatives in the State Capitol Building in Jefferson City.

The current General Assembly includes 22 Missouri Bar members serving as senators or representatives. Click here to view the full list of lawyer legislators.

The joint session is expected to convene around 10 a.m., with the chief justice's speech expected to begin around 11 a.m. Audio of the address is also anticipated to be streamed online at house.mo.gov.
