DWI seminar attendees to receive e-books, learn from nationally known speakers

Those who attend the 19th Annual Bernard Edelman DWI Law & Science Seminar will receive several free ebooks, as well as learn from well-known speakers who will teach Missouri lawyers how to even better serve their clients in this practice area.

Hosted by MoBarCLE and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the seminar will be held virtually July 29-31. Click here to register for the seminar.

The seminar will feature David Ball, Richard Jaffee, and Larry Pozner, as well as include special materials such as videos and e-books for attendees.

Ball is a nationally recognized litigation researcher, strategist, and author who routinely helps lawyers develop trial techniques. Every seminar attendee will receive a video and e-copy of his book, “David Ball on Criminal Defense.”

Jaffee is widely known as a top expert in criminal law and has successfully defended hundreds of clients in high-profile murder cases. He will give seminar attendees his e-book, “Quest for Justice: Defending the Damned, 2nd edition,” for free.

Pozner is a trial lawyer and author who is considered an expert in cross-examination. He will present “Pozner on Cross: The Chapter Method Applied to DUI Cases” during the DWI seminar.
