‘Is It Legal To…?’: Spooky legal topics fill Halloween podcast episode

With Halloween on Sunday, children are excitedly anticipating putting on their costumes and going trick-or-treating. You may even be looking forward to wandering through a haunted house or corn maze with some friends. But while the spooky, mischievous holiday can bring lots of fun, it can also create stressful legal issues.

Gonzalo Fernandez – a St. Louis lawyer with Fernandez Law LLC who specializes in personal injury litigation – represented a client involved in a deadly haunted house incident. In this episode of “Is It Legal To…?” Fernandez discusses spine-chilling legal topics surrounding trick-or-treating, haunted houses, decorations, and liabilities those celebrating Halloween may face.
