Jackson County courts increase COVID-19 precautions

In response to the CDC increasing the COVID-19 Community Level designation for Jackson County to high, the 16th Judicial Circuit announced it will be taking precautionary measures in all Jackson County courthouses and court buildings.

For the week of June 27-July 3, 2022, the court will require visitors and staff to wear masks in court facilities and work spaces, regardless of vaccination status. Temperature screenings will also be required of all those entering court buildings.
