Legislative Update - Aug. 27, 2021

General effective date of Aug. 28 of most new laws; veto session set for Sept. 15

The General Assembly will reconvene on Sept. 15 to consider vetoed bills and line item vetoes in appropriations bills. The Missouri Bar’s 2021 Legislative Digest will be published on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, and summarize new laws enacted and legislative actions taken during the 101st General Assembly, 1st Regular Session and Veto Session.
