Meet your new District 5 YLS Council Member: Steven Alan Ramsey

The Missouri Bar Young Lawyers’ Section works to facilitate the professional growth and public service of newly admitted Missouri lawyers.  

Steven Alan Ramsey was elected to the council from Columbia. An external affairs manager for Veterans United Home Loans, he now represents new lawyers in District 5. This district serves five counties in central Missouri including Boone, Callaway, Howard, Cooper and Saline.

What are you most looking forward to in your role as a YLS Council member? I look forward to meeting and learning about young attorneys and all the vital work they do across the state of Missouri.  

What is your favorite way to spend a day off? What is a “day off?” I enjoy reading, binge-watching tv, running, hiking, and any form of adventure.
