Missouri Bar launches practice management consultations, resources bank
Missouri lawyers, especially solo and small firm practitioners, can now benefit from a comprehensive practice program featuring consultations and a bank of resources to help them even better serve their clients. The expanded practice management resources are the newest addition to The Missouri Bar’s member benefits.
“Help with managing a law office is something we lawyers in solo or small practice crave,” said 2020-21 Missouri Bar President John Gunn. “This Missouri Bar member benefit compiles developed resources into one place to assist us in even better representing our clients.”
The program is free to Missouri Bar members and includes access to more than 150 white papers, checklists, comparison charts and other resources for Missouri lawyers looking to open, build, manage, protect or wind down a practice.
White papers on strategic planning, how to manage leads and ransomware defense;
Comparison charts for document assembly tools, answering services and password managers;
Articles about the ethical implications of technology in your practice and tips and tricks for Adobe Acrobat; and
A Forms Bank that includes everything from templates to petition for review of revocation of driving privileges to sample engagement letters.
Members also now have two easy ways to ask an expert their legal technology and law practice management questions. At no cost, Missouri Bar members can email their question to an expert or schedule a one-on-one, remote consultation with the experts at Affinity Consulting Group.
These resources are now available to all Missouri Bar members at MoBar.org/LPM.
