Missouri Bar members now have free access to 2018 and past MAI-Criminal and MACH-Criminal

Missouri Bar members now have free access to the 2018 and past editions of the Court’s Missouri Approved Instructions – Criminal (MAI–CR) and Missouri Approved Charges – Criminal (MACH–CR) thanks to an agreement between The Supreme Court of Missouri and The Missouri Bar allowing publication of the documents on the state bar’s website.

The documents are posted within the “Members Only” section of the website, which requires members to log on with their bar number and personal identification number (PIN) found on their Missouri Bar enrollment card. Once in the “Members Only” section of the site, members may navigate to "Member Resources" (fist tab in the top menu), and then "MAI-Criminal and MACH-Criminal" in the left-hand menu. Once on the page, members may view and download the documents. The materials include any supplements to, or updated versions of, the instructions and charges.
