MoBar.org downtime set for evening of March 13

Ongoing technology upgrades enhance services, data security

The Missouri Bar will be completing scheduled maintenance on its technology infrastructure Wednesday, March 13, starting at 9 p.m. The upgrade window is scheduled for up to two hours. During that time, MoBar.org and its features will be unavailable. This includes MyMCLE reporting, CLE programs, connect.MOBAR online communities, and resources in the Member Portal such as the Member Directory, Fastcase, and the MAI-Criminal Jury Instructions.

Jason Cecil, chief technology officer of The Missouri Bar, said the planned maintenance reflects the organization's commitment to continually improve the many technology-based resources and services The Missouri Bar provides to lawyers as well as support of the bar’s responsibility to maintain the official database of licensed lawyers for the Supreme Court of Missouri.

"Scheduled maintenance helps ensure our technology-based services are up to date to help Missouri lawyers better serve their clients and communities,” Cecil said. “We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience during the scheduled maintenance window.”

Cecil said the ongoing maintenance builds on a series of technology-based improvements over the past six years, including MyMCLE online reporting, improved registration process for major conferences, an improved online fee payment process, enhanced security through new password requirements and PINs, and new servers.

Keep up with technology-based features, as well as discounts, services, and resources for Missouri lawyers, using #MOLawyersBenefit.
