#MOLawyersHelp in January
Polsinelli’s Kansas City office recently sponsored the Black Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City’s new initiative to help provide resources to black-owned businesses and local students.
In mid-December, Polsinelli hosted a luncheon for the Black Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City, a not-for-profit corporation that promotes, sustains, and maintains economic progress for Black-owned businesses in the Kansas City area. During the luncheon, the Black Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City launched Stronger Together KC, a two-part economic development initiative.
We were honored to have the opportunity to host and sponsor the @BlackChamberKC and support its mission of assisting, promoting and supporting African Americans in achieving economic prosperity and economic independence.

The first part, known as Close the Gap, will provide resources to Black-owned businesses in under-resourced communities. The second prong – Cyber to Schools – is a program that provides educational opportunities to K-12 students to compete for technology careers.
“Polsinelli is a proud sponsor and supporter of The Black Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City's mission of assisting, promoting and supporting African Americans in achieving economic prosperity and economic independence,” a January news release stated.
