#MOLawyersHelp throughout August

Missouri lawyers are finding ways to even better serve their communities, including one bar member who was highlighted in August for her volunteer efforts.

Sarah Bardol, an associate attorney with Armstrong Teasdale, received the 2021 Tom Cochran Community Service Award, a Missouri Bar Young Lawyers’ Section award that recognizes a bar member who has had a positive impact on the community through community service and professionalism. Bardol volunteers regularly and even organized more than 50 food and necessities distributions in the last year. Read about Bardol’s community service projects here

Are you offering pro bono services to your community this year? The Missouri Bar urges members to voluntarily report the pro bono services they provided during 2021 between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31. Lawyers who report more than 40 hours of pro bono work annually in Category A will be recognized on The Missouri Bar Pro Bono Wall of Fame. Click here to learn more and to complete the form.

The Missouri Bar knows lawyers are committed to helping others through volunteering and pro bono work. Use #MOLawyersHelp to showcase your service!
