MSPD to host virtual job fair

Virtual event will feature on-the-spot interviews along with potential same-day job offers

Lawyers interested in a career as a public defender can learn more about available positions during a virtual job fair Aug. 31, 2022, beginning at 10 a.m.

As part of the event, which is open to any Missouri lawyer or law school graduate who sat for the July 2022 UBE, representatives from the Missouri State Public Defender System will offer on-the-spot interviews along with potential same-day job offers.

MSPD has more than 615 employees throughout the state, each working to provide legal representation to all indigent citizens accused of or convicted of crimes.
