Nominations for 2024 Roser Bankruptcy Award due July 1
Do you know an outstanding bankruptcy lawyer who deserves recognition? Nominate them for the 2024 Roser Excellence in Bankruptcy Award!
The Michael R. Roser Excellence in Bankruptcy Award honors an individual who manifests the highest standard of excellence in bankruptcy practice, who has contributed distinctively to the development and appreciation of bankruptcy law, and/or who has made an outstanding contribution in the field of bankruptcy administration or practice. The award honors the life of Michael R. Roser.
A special subcommittee has been formed to accept nominations. If you desire to nominate an individual, submit this form no later than July 1.
In your nomination, address specifically:
- the nominee’s activities in the areas of bankruptcy practice, other law practice, and bar activities; and
- other factors or characteristics which you believe the committee should consider in selecting the recipient.
