Nominations for 2026 Roser Excellence in Bankruptcy Award due July 1

Do you know an outstanding bankruptcy lawyer who deserves recognition? Nominate them for the 2026 Roser Excellence in Bankruptcy Award! 

The Missouri Bar Financial Services & Insolvency Law Committee established the Michael R. Roser Excellence in Bankruptcy Award to honor a lawyer who manifests the highest standard of excellence in bankruptcy practice, who has contributed distinctively to the development and appreciation of bankruptcy law, and/or who has made an outstanding contribution in the field of bankruptcy administration or practice. The award is named after prominent Kansas City bankruptcy lawyer Michael R. Roser. 

Submit your nomination by July 1. 

In your nomination, please discuss the nominee’s activities in bankruptcy and other areas of law practice, as well as their bar involvement. You can also include other factors or characteristics you believe should be considered in selecting the recipient.
