Register for the 2025 Street Law Professional Development Workshop by Feb. 7

Missouri high school social studies teachers (public, private, and parochial) are invited to attend the 2025 Street Law Professional Development Workshop March 5-6 at the Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse in St. Louis. 

The workshop is led by Street Law in partnership with The Missouri Bar, the federal court system, and The Judicial Learning Center. The program will feature prominent Missouri lawyers and judges who will discuss the importance of the rule of law and fair and effective Courts.  

The two-day program is packed full of content to help you best educate your students. Participants will receive classroom-ready materials, explore current and contested issues, learn from prominent members of the legal community, and participate in skill building strategies like case studies and a moot court.  

Meals and materials will be provided, including a group dinner on Wednesday. Teachers traveling from outside the St. Louis area will have lodging provided March 5-6. Accepted teachers are eligible to apply for a $100 allowance to be paid to their school to help cover the costs of substitute teachers. 

Those interested in attending must register by Feb. 7. As space is limited, registration does not mean you will be automatically accepted to attend. Registrants will be notified of their acceptance on Feb. 11. Click here to register.
