The Supreme Court of Missouri approved revisions to Rule 6.01 that allow members to seek a waiver of annual enrollment fees in exchange for providing pro bono service and agreeing to not be compensated for any legal work performed during the waiver period. The revisions are effective in 2020, with a limited pilot program to be held this year.

Attorneys who are willing to limit their practice to pro bono work during 2019 may use the form below to apply for participation with one of Missouri’s four legal services offices. Persons interested should send their form both to the office at which they wish to volunteer and also to the attention of the Clerk of the Supreme Court.
