Supreme Court of Missouri to lift prior statewide COVID-19 operational directives - Update

UPDATE

As a reminder, effective June 15, Missouri's appellate and circuit courts - including all associate, family, juvenile, treatment, municipal, and probate divisions – will no longer be required to conduct court proceedings and courthouse activities pursuant to the previously prescribed operational phases and COVID procedures for jury trials as a result of the decrease in national and local levels of COVID-19 cases and the availability and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.

Please read the details of the Supreme Court of Missouri's May 28 order. Accordingly, the Supreme Court of Missouri's COVID response page, including its interactive maps and table, will be disabled today.

Based on local health conditions and recommended CDC guidelines, local chief and presiding judges may continue to exercise their discretion in determining whether precautionary measures should be utilized to ensure the health and safety of those in the courtroom or court facility. Contact information for the state's courts is available through their online Find a Court feature.
