Valuable CLEs, plenaries slated for Annual Meeting Sept. 18-20

Lawyers looking for numerous educational offerings, endless networking opportunities, and the chance to celebrate the profession and colleagues should mark their calendars for The Missouri Bar and Missouri Judicial Conference Annual Meeting Sept. 18-20 in St. Louis.

CLE programs and plenaries

Annual Meeting will feature four track sessions – business; family law; litigation; and probate, trust and elder law – that highlight timely and relevant educational programs designed to make a difference in lawyers’ practices.

There will also be a “YLS New Lawyer Series” – three sessions developed by YLS that are relevant to new and seasoned lawyers alike – and a “Ethics Series” featuring two sessions that give lawyers a chance to hear from Missouri’s chief disciplinary counsel and legal ethics counsel.

There will be two plenaries at Annual Meeting:

- “I want it THAT way … When generational differences create friction in the workplace and what to do about it,” presented by Kelli Dunaway and Mollie Farrell

- “Ethical considerations of embracing and using generative AI: From ‘How do I?’ to ‘Should I?’” presented by Chris Stiegemeyer, Jim Shreve, Rachel Harris, and Matt Braunel

Can’t attend in person? The Virtual Annual Meeting “Lunch & Learn” Oct. 7-11 will showcase all the CLE programs from the in-person Annual Meeting. For $195, attendees can log on for sessions during midday time blocks while still having time to attend to their practice each day. Click here to register for the virtual option.
