Well-being survey now open to all Missouri lawyers
Perspectives count: Please consider taking about 10 minutes to complete a confidential survey on well-being in the profession.
Participants’ insights will contribute to research that can help shape future initiatives and best practices in the legal profession in Missouri.
The University of Utah School of Medicine created the survey on behalf of The Missouri Bar. The survey was first sent to a randomly selected group of Missouri lawyers and is now open to all who wish to participate.
Lawyers who were part of the original randomly selected sample can still take the survey.
The study is intended to identify well-being measures relevant to Missouri legal professionals with the aim of developing meaningful, evidence-based approaches to support lawyers' mental and physical well-being and help them even better serve their clients and communities.
The Missouri Bar’s Standing Committee on Well-being in the Profession commissioned the survey in order to support its goals of increasing awareness, improving education and policies, and reducing stigma related to lawyer substance use and mental health.
