YLS CLE programs help lawyers of all ages

On June 20, over 70 lawyers viewed the YLS Trial Skills Workshop. The workshop is put on by The Young Lawyers’ Section. The webinar focused on essential trial skills for lawyers of all ages and experience levels. 

The distinguished faculty featured nine lawyers with practices spanning a range of civil and criminal issues, covering many aspects of trials, from motions to closing statements.  

“Very helpful for first-year lawyers still learning the ins and outs of trial,” one participant said. 

The Trial Skills Workshop is not just for young lawyers; it covers information that is helpful for all lawyers.  

“I am an older lawyer who wanted to brush up on jury trial skills, and this program was well balanced and hit on the important aspects of jury trial,” one participant said.
