2023 Spring Committee Meetings include no-cost CLE, business updates

Missouri lawyers looking for continuing legal education credits will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of legal topics – including about the upcoming remote public access changes – at no cost during The Missouri Bar’s Spring Committee Meetings next week.

Between May 15-19, nearly 30 committees and divisions will meet virtually to discuss committee business, with the majority also hosting CLE programs. In light of the Case.net remote public access expansion on July 1, the Family Law Section and Probate & Trust Division will offer programming regarding redactions and provide insight into what the rule changes mean for lawyers practicing in family, probate, and trust law. Other CLE topics include changes in marijuana laws, lawyer well-being, addressing biases in the workplace, and more.

Registration is of no cost to Missouri Bar members, and lawyers can attend multiple meetings.
