What are you most looking forward to in your role as a YLS Council member? I am very excited to begin establishing connections with other attorneys across the state which will hopefully develop into strong, lifelong relationships, both personally and professionally. I’m also eager to assist in improving the legal community of our state in any way that I am able and ensure that The Missouri Bar remains a leader nationwide.

What do you want other young lawyers to learn about the YLS or The Missouri Bar? The Missouri Bar provides endless opportunities to get involved, network, learn, improve your practice, and make our bar the envy of the nation. Take advantage!

What is your favorite way to spend a day off? My favorite way to spend a day off is to venture outside with my wifeCourtney, 1-year-old daughter Elizaand our dog, Newmanto explore any of the amazing trails, parks, or rivers located within our state, especially those in southwest Missouri. There is so much natural beauty available to us as Missourians—don’t take it for granted!

Is there anything you would like to add? If you need a companion to join you at a concert or Mizzou game, put me on speed dial!
