Kevin M. Hogan has returned to Polsinelli's St. Louis office as a shareholder. He returns to the firm after serving as assistant general counsel at ARCO Business Services. Prior to that, Hogan had a nearly decade-long career at Polsinelli where he held roles as both an associate and shareholder.

Hogan has a diverse corporate practice, with extensive experience in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Driven by his passion for problem solving and helping clients achieve their goals in an efficient, yet thorough manner, Hogan works closely with clients to develop and execute strategic transactions and business objectives.

Kansas City

Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associate Benjamin Z. Bruce to the Intellectual Property practice group in Kansas City.

Ben is experienced in civil litigation, and his background in electrical engineering serves clients well. He has experience in patent litigation, contracts and corporate law matters.

Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Ben served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. John Torrence, 16th Circuit Court of Missouri. He has also worked as an electrical engineer for Burns & McDonnell Engineering.
