Constangy is pleased to announce that Geri Lynn Arrindell has joined the firm as a partner in its St. Louis office. With more than 15 years of experience in labor and employment law, Geri Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of strategic counsel and effective advocacy for employers across diverse industries.
Geri Lynn’s extensive experience includes advising non-profits, school districts, governmental agencies, healthcare providers, and private businesses on legal and human resources matters, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance. She is highly regarded for her ability to defend clients in complex workplace disputes, including proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and Illinois Labor Relations Board, and for preparing executives for high-stakes depositions.

Before joining Constangy, Geri Lynn served as an Assistant Attorney General, representing state agencies in proceedings before the Civil Service Commission and Police Merit Board. She also acted as litigation counsel for sheriff’s departments and nonprofit organizations in private practice.
Geri Lynn’s numerous accolades include being named one of “100 St. Louisans You Should Know” by Small Business Monthly in 2024 and being recognized as a Missouri Super Lawyers® Rising Star (2014-2016) and an Illinois Super Lawyers® Rising Star (2013).
Geri Lynn earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, her M.S.W. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her B.S.W., magna cum laude, from Clark Atlanta University.
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Counsel Halle L. Dimar to the firm’s Litigation practice in St. Louis.
Dimar focuses on defending health care providers, including physicians, nurses, dentists, physical therapists, nursing homes and other long-term care providers, as well as pharmacies. She regularly advises clients on HIPAA issues, physician and employee discipline, subpoenas and child abuse prevention programs. Dimar is also a frequent presenter to medical students and medical trainees regarding risk management.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Dimar was a principal at another St. Louis law firm for 18 years.
