National law firm Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associate Lynsey Coffey to the Corporate Services practice group. She focuses her practice on technology-related and complex commercial transactions, advising clients on agreements that support critical business operations.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Coffey served in a senior contracting role for a multi-hospital health system, where she partnered closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders to lead enterprise-wide vendor contracting initiatives. In that role, she supported technology, clinical, and administrative functions across the organization, negotiating and managing agreements for large-scale implementations and ongoing vendor relationships.
Coffey’s experience includes SaaS agreements, software licensing arrangements, enterprise IT contracts, cloud-based solutions, and other commercial contracts supporting regulated operational environments. She regularly advises clients on commercial agreements involving data privacy, information security, business associate provisions, and related regulatory compliance considerations.
