Baker Sterchi is pleased to welcome back Noemi Donovan as a Member in the firm’s Kansas City office. Donovan, who previously practiced at Baker Sterchi before serving as in-house counsel, focuses her practice on surety and construction litigation matters, premises liability and general business and civil litigation.

She has represented numerous surety companies on a wide variety of bond matters in Missouri and Kansas, including performance bonds, public official bonds, wage and welfare bonds, motor vehicle dealer bonds, notary bonds and indemnification claims.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Donovan worked as in-house counsel at a software as a service company, giving her additional insight into the business considerations clients face when managing corporate legal and contracting issues.

Donovan earned her law degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and her undergraduate degree from Indiana University. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Kansas and Ohio.
