A seasoned litigator with 25 years of experience, Moore represents businesses and individuals in all phases of litigation and advises company leaders and decision-makers on key legal and transactional matters. His practice focuses on class actions, complex commercial and business litigation, product liability and toxic tort defense in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and medical device and trucking industries.

Moore’s background includes more than 15 years with an Am Law 100 firm and experience founding and managing his own law firm. He earned his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He is licensed to practice in Missouri.
