Siro Smith Dickson PC, a leading firm in the legal representation of victims of serious personal injuries and workplace harms, is pleased to announce that Amy Jackson and Nick Seacord have been elevated to partnership, effective January 1, 2026.

Jackson joined Siro Smith Dickson in 2022. She represents clients in employment litigation, including sex, age, race, religion, and disability discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as wage and hour class actions and personal injury cases.

Jackson is passionate in her work representing individuals who have been discriminated against, victims injured due to the negligence of others, or workers who are being forced to work without pay. Outside of her practice, Jackson is actively involved in multiple organizations, including The Missouri Bar Board of Governors- District 12, The Association for Women Lawyers, UMKC Law Alumni Association, Joint Commission on Women in the Profession, The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, The National Employment Lawyers Association and others. She also participated in the Association for Women Lawyers’ Denise Henning Connections program and is a graduate of the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy. 

Jackson earned her law degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from UMKC.

Seacord joined Siro Smith Dickson PC in 2024 and practices in the area of employment litigation on behalf of employees, including sex, age, race, religion, and disability discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as wage and hour class actions and serious personal injury claims.

Seacord’s focus is working with front-line employees, managers, and executives, and he draws on his experience and knowledge gained while representing employers – large and small, public and private – to get the best possible result for all his clients. He has deep experience understanding public and private companies from his time as a Partner and Associate at a well-known Kansas City defense firm. During law school, Seacord served as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Robert E. Larsen.

Seacord earned his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from UMKC.
