Baker Sterchi has appointed practice group leaders from the St. Louis area. Lisa Larkin and Teresa Young of St. Louis are co-chairs of its appellate practice group, and Greg Odom and Meghan Kane of Belleville are co-chairs of its toxic tort practice group.


Daniel Godar, of counsel with Armstrong Teasdale, was recognized at the University of Missouri School of Law's 150th anniversary. The law school named a bench outside the Dean's office in his honor. The recognition read: “In honor of Daniel J. Godar, Class of 1980, Consummate Lawyer, Man of Integrity.”
 

Kansas City

Tyler Friedrich has joined the Sandberg Phoenix Kansas City office. He is part of the firm’s health law practice group and focuses his practice on medical malpractice litigation. 

Friedrich received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2018 and his B.S.in legal studies/criminal justice from the University of Central Missouri. 
 

Baker Sterchi has appointed practice group leaders from the Kansas City area. Jackie Longfellow and Nick Ruble are chair and vice-chair of its employment and labor practice group; Megan Stumph-Turner and Gregorio Silva are co-chairs of its financial services practice group; Michael Shunk is a co-chair of its insurance coverage and bad faith practice group; and John Watt is co-chair of its product liability practice group.
