St. Louis

Teresa Young recently joined Baker Sterchi in St. Louis as a member and co-chair of the appellate practice group. With a practice focusing on appellate law, class action/TCPA, business litigation, cyber liability, insurance coverage, and professional liability, she brings over 20 years of legal experience to the firm. 

In her insurance coverage practice, Young represents clients in complicated matters ranging from directors' and officers' liability to underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage and commercial general liability claims. Her appellate experience, utilized by trial counsel at every level of litigation, has been recognized by Missouri Lawyers Media with an Influential Appellate Advocate Award and multiple appearances on its Appellate Attorneys POWER LIST. 

Young earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas. 


Kansas City

Sandberg Phoenix announces the addition of three lawyers to their health law practice group: Tyler Friedrich, Connor Pace, and Lauren Kuhn

Friedrich focuses his practice on medical malpractice litigation. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2018 and his B.S. in legal studies/criminal justice from the University of Central Missouri.

Pace is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2018 and his B.A. in political science from Saint Louis University.

Kuhn concentrates her practice on medical malpractice, aging services, correctional health care, dental, health care, professional malpractice, and ethics matters. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Colorado and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kuhn received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law in 2019, her M.B.A. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and her B.A. in political science from the University of Colorado. 


Springfield

Carnahan Evans PC is pleased to announce the hiring of Alexandra A. Henson as an associate in their estate planning group.

Henson worked in both the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives. She is admitted to practice in Missouri and the District of Columbia. 

Henson serves as a board member for Burrell Behavioral Health, the Springfield Animal Advocacy Foundation, and as a member of the associate board for Springfield Little Theatre. She is also actively involved in the Sunrise Rotary Club and the Junior League of Springfield. She is a member of the Southern Missouri Women Lawyers and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association. 

Henson obtain her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri in 2016. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2013 with a B.A. in psychology.
