Seyferth Blumenthal & Harris LLC (SBH) announces that member Kimberly A. Jones has been elected a Fellow in The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. She will be honored at the 2023 installation of new Fellows on Nov. 11 in Seattle, Washington.

Jones joins SBH members Michael L. Blumenthal and Paul Seyferth as Fellows of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

“Kim is truly deserving of this prestigious distinction,” Blumenthal said. “Election to The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is considered among the highest recognitions an attorney in this practice area can achieve, and it serves as a testament to the deserved reputation she has built among her peers in the legal community through dedicated client service and notable outcomes in complex and contentious labor and employment matters for her clients.”

Jones, SBH’s managing member, is an employment trial lawyer representing companies, not-for-profit organizations, and higher education institutions in federal and state courts and before AAA and labor arbitration panels.

Established in 1995, The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers was founded to distinguish this profession in all its aspects as one uniquely important to the world of labor and employment law, individual rights, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution. The College operates as a free-standing organization recognizing those who, by long and outstanding service, have distinguished themselves as leaders in the field.
