United States Arbitration & Mediation (USA&M) announces that Judge Jon A. Cunningham and Judge Michael D. Burton have joined their Mediator and Senior Arbitrator panels.  Both are retired circuit judges, Judge Cunningham with the St. Charles County Circuit Court and Judge Burton with the St. Louis County Circuit Court.

Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Caroline Mudd as of counsel to the firm’s financial and real estate services group in Kansas City. 

With nearly a decade of litigation experience, Mudd is skilled at drafting briefs and case strategies and researching case law. She has represented employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation cases and has handled debtor and creditor collections. She also has experience negotiating settlements, preparing settlement documents, attending court hearings and depositions, and calculating economic exposure and case values. 

Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Mudd was an accountant for a private high school in Kansas City. Previously, she was an associate attorney at multiple Kansas City-area law firms.
