McDowell Rice Smith & Buchanan PC is pleased to announce the recent addition of Jacob Margolies as an associate of the firm.

Margolies practices in the areas of bankruptcy, workouts and financial restructuring; corporate and business transactions; litigation and dispute resolution; and trust and estate planning. He collaborates with senior lawyers at the firm on a wide range of business issues including corporate formation and operation, transactional matters, and debt restructuring. 

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a J.D. in May 2021 and the University of Michigan with a B.A. in history and English in April 2018 and received university honors. He is licensed to practice in Missouri.
