Danna McKitrick, PC has announced that Jessica A. Gottsacker has joined the firm as an associate.

Gottsacker represents business owners and individuals in matters relating to business transactions and in civil litigation, business litigation, and fiduciary litigation.

Admitted to practice in Missouri, Gottsacker earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law (2020). She graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University with a B.A. in political science, economics and legal studies (2017). 

Gottsacker served as a judicial extern for Judge David D. Noce, magistrate judge for the Eastern District of Missouri. She was also a law clerk with Danna McKitrick, researching and drafting memoranda on various legal issues, motions, agreements and petitions.

Seyferth Blumenthal & Harris LLC (SBH) is pleased to announce Gonzalo Ventura has joined the firm as an associate. He will be developing a practice focused on commercial litigation and insurance law, representing businesses, insurers and policyholders.

Ventura handles matters involving accounting disputes; consumer fraud; trade secret misappropriation; insurance coverage consulting, litigation and disputes; products liability defense; and more. In addition to traditional trial and dispute resolution work, he has extensive experience in e-discovery and document review processes. This includes discovery management, legal research and writing, case assessments, analysis of information for depositions and discovery, and project-level support, including redaction, privilege logging and data editing.

Ventura completed his undergraduate studies at Johnson & Wales University and earned his J.D. from Elon University School of Law with concentrated work in litigation. He later obtained a Master of Laws in litigation and dispute resolution from The George Washington University Law School.

A member of the Hispanic Bar Association, Ventura speaks Spanish in addition to his native English.
