Her focus at Realty Law Partners, PC is leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, operations, and management. She currently serves as vice chair for the St. Louis Art Fair and as a board member for Covenant Place.

New partner Francis "Butch" Miller has been practicing real estate law for more than 20 years. He takes a practical approach in representing property owners, investors, tenants, developers, and lenders in a variety of matters, including general business law, leasing, acquisition, and financing. He currently serves as a director of the STL Partnership Community Development Corporation, a local business lender, which, through the U.S. Small Business Administration and local banks, makes SBA loans throughout the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County.

Mitch Herzog, our new of counsel attorney, is a veteran in real estate law and brings over 35 years of experience to Realty Law Partners, PC. He previously worked for The May Department Stores Company and Macy's, Inc. for 32 years, primarily as senior counsel, specializing in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

The firm recently moved our Clayton, Missouri-based offices from 138 N. Meramec Avenue to 231 S. Bemiston Avenue, Suite 710. The larger space will better accommodate our continued growth and offer an improved layout and enhanced facilities to better serve our clients.
