Harrah Law is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to its Kansas City, MO based Litigation, Real Estate, and Construction Law Firm.

Matthew Wideman has joined the legal team at Harrah Law as a Senior Attorney. Matt has more than ten years of experience practicing in many areas of civil and criminal law, including landlord tenant matters and unlawful detainer.

Matt is a lifelong Missourian. Raised in St. Louis, he graduated from Chaminade College Preparatory School High School in 2002.  Matthew then attended Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history in 2006.  Later, he earned a master’s degree in business administration from Webster University in 2008, and his J.D. from Oklahoma City University in 2011.

Harrah Law also welcomes Broc Exposito as the Firm’s newest Associate Attorney. Prior to joining Harrah Law, Broc handled criminal and traffic matters across the Kansas City metro area, netting valuable experience on his feet and taking on tough cases against improbable odds. His proven track record of success at every stage of the litigation process speaks to his ferocity as an advocate, but above all else, Broc values experiencing life as an open-minded and conscientious person.

Broc earned his J.D. from Washington University in Saint Louis, and a B.A. in Political Communications from the George Washington University.

Harrah Law is excited to welcome such experienced, dedicated, and thoughtful attorneys who will continue to provide sound legal counsel to their valued clients.

The Association of Corporate Counsel, St. Louis Chapter (ACC STL), renowned for its commitment to professional development, has commenced its highly anticipated 2023 Diversity and Inclusion Summer Internship Program with six law school students working at companies throughout St. Louis.

Since its inception in 2012, the ACC STL Diversity Internship Program has been instrumental in providing participants with invaluable exposure to in-house practice. Throughout the program, these aspiring legal professionals will gain comprehensive insights into various realms of legal advocacy and corporate practice, while understanding the crucial relationship between business and legal advice across diverse substantive areas.

Vikas Sunkari, ACC STL 2023 Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Senior Managing Counsel at SSM Health, expressed the chapter's unwavering dedication to fostering change. "Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is unwavering. Through this internship program, we aim to make meaningful strides in mentoring and supporting law students who are often underrepresented in the legal profession," emphasized Sunkari.
