Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Katherine Horn, Nicholas B. Krone, Noelle E. Mack, and Corbin Robinson to the firm, as part of the 2023 associate class.

Horn (Kansas City) counsels clients in resolving a range of disputes. She is skilled at drafting pretrial motions, discovery requests, petitions, affidavits, exhibits and other documents, conducting research and analyzing case law to assess the best defenses of a case in preparation for litigation.

Krone (St. Louis) is experienced in conducting extensive legal research and analysis, as well as drafting memoranda on a variety of complex substantive and procedural matters. His previous experience includes both civil and criminal matters in federal court. He also has prior experience working for a global industrial equipment manufacturer where he managed key accounts, including several of the world’s largest corporations in the agribusiness and food and beverage spaces.

Mack (St. Louis) has experience researching and assisting on a multitude of issues involving commercial transactions, corporate governance and securities. She has drafted and reviewed a variety of deliverables for clients with regard to entity formation, financing and commercial agreements. With a background in communications and public relations, Mack has worked on a variety of matters from SEC filings and quarterly earnings to mergers and acquisitions, with a keen eye on advancing and protecting client reputation.

Robinson (St. Louis) is a member of the Litigation practice group and advises clients on a variety of disputes. He is experienced at drafting briefs, pleadings, motions and other documents, as well as conducting research and analysis on complex legal matters.
