Lathrop GPM LLP is pleased to share that the firm’s St. Louis office will be moving to the Plaza at Clayton. The move is targeted for summer 2024. The new space will adopt the firm’s new hybrid layout of open seating and private, assigned workspaces that increase collaboration and allow the firm to more efficiently support its clients.

“We are excited to move into this beautiful new space,” said Emily Cantwell, partner in charge of the firm’s St. Louis office. “The new location will better meet the needs of our team members and clients and allow us more flexibility in the future as our office continues to expand.”

Since the beginning of 2022, six attorneys have joined the office in several practice areas. The new design will position the office for further growth in the St. Louis market.

Widely considered to be the finest office property in the St. Louis metro area, the 16-story office tower features timeless architecture with recently updated floorplans and amenities including a rooftop deck, club room, game room and fitness center. It is located within walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafes, hotels and retail shops, including fine dining establishments and the Ritz Carlton.

Marlee L. Rowe has joined St. Louis-based law firm Lewis Rice as an associate. She is practicing in the Federal Takings & Rails to Trails, Eminent Domain & Land Use, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. 

Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Marlee served as a law clerk for the United States Court of Federal Claims. Focused on federal takings and government contract matters, Rowe works closely with people affected by rail-trail conversions, which occur when the federal government converts an abandoned railroad corridor into a public park or trail. She also has experience managing government contractor claims and assists contractors in all aspects of the government procurement process including bid protests, contract claims and disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Rowe earned her juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2022. As a student she was an editor of the Arkansas Law Review, served as moot court competition chair for the Arkansas Law Board of Advocates, earned the Best Brief Award for legal research and writing, and was a semifinalist in the William H. Sutton Barrister's Union Trial Competition.
