Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Adunni Gueye joined the firm’s Kansas City, Missouri, office as an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.
Gueye represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial disputes, data privacy matters, 42 USC § 1983 civil rights claims, and media law issues, employing insightful strategies to achieve optimal outcomes at any stage in the dispute resolution process. She brings a collaborative approach to complex and contentious litigation that strategically builds on her proactive and effective legal processes.
In addition to her business litigation experience, Gueye has previously helped navigate matters related to white-collar investigations and defenses, contract disputes, and labor and employment law.

Prior to graduating law school, Gueye served multiple stints as a private practice and judicial intern as well as a law clerk to the Hon. Roseann A. Ketchmark of the Western District of Missouri, gaining valuable insights across a wide spectrum of civil and criminal litigation matters.
Gueye completed two undergraduate degrees at Rockhurst University before earning her Juris Doctor at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
