Legislative update: June 28, 2024

On May 30, SB 1359 (Trent), which modifies provisions relating to financial institutions, was sent to Gov. Mike Parson for consideration. The bill contained one of The Missouri Bar’s priority bills – The Qualified Spousal Trust (Section 456.950).
